“Paynt” it Forward Fundraising with The Tattooed Canvas!

One of our favorite things to do is give back to the community.  We are always seeking new ways to connect with charitable organizations and help them raise money and HAVE FUN! 

First, Thank You for considering a paint party as the perfect activity to help make your fundraising event a SUPER success! 

There are a couple ways we can help contribute to the success of your event.

Let Them Paint!

  • Host a “Paynt” it Forward event in the community. Have it at your place, or we can assist you with a venue through one of our trusted restaurant partners.
  • Each painter pays a suggested price of $35 either at the door (plus a $5 service fee for anyone paying with a credit card) or you can pre-sell tickets on your own. We’ll then charge you per person based on actual headcount the day of your event.
  • For fundraisers, your organization will enjoy a donation of $15 per guest back to your official non-profit event (501c certificate required). (20% ($7 per guest) back to “non” not-for-profit groups like GoFundMe parties).
  • There is a 10-15 guest minimum for the event to be worth everyone’s time and effort. This number is subject to distance since we waive the mileage fee for fundraisers.
  • We will set up a reservation portal on our calendar dedicated to your event and can keep track of reservations for you if you’d like. Please note, we are not set up to take prepayments.
  • Choose a painting from our catalog, or have one custom designed just for the event ($100 deposit required for custom designed paintings).
